  1. Hello, dear Poppy. I have long admired the colour of your china dresser, and it's just perfect arranged for Christmas. I'm sure you miss your sun-filled Cretan home. Sending hugs.

  2. Oh Poppy, I remember these scenes so well from your Cretan home and I remember wistfully looking at them wondering if someday I'd have a Greek home so filled with charm and warmth. You've been an inspiration for a long time! Merry Christmas to you, my special friend! Jackie xxxx

  18. These pictures steal my heart, dear Poppy. Of course you know my love of these colors, not just at Christmas but all year long. But every dear little object is arranged only as Poppy can. Tea pots and St. Nicolas and snowmen families. And red checked tops of jam jars.

Now off to renew my acquaintance with earlier Christmas posts, a bedtime treat before I retire for the night.

    Sweet dreams to you,
    Dewena

  25. How lovely to go back and do a little nostalgic reminiscing and I remember some of the scenes as well. I LOVE the wooden angel...with the snowman, how striking she is and I would imagine a heart such as yours must surely be very angelic in nature. May you and yours be blessed abundantly this Christmas and the New Year. Love and hugs~
